From Queens or Long Island:
-Take the Throgs Neck or Whitestone Bridge to the Cross Bronx Expressway (west)
-Get off at the Rosedale Avenue Exit, get onto the Bronx River Parkway (Sprain Brook Parkway) heading north and go over the Tappan Zee Bridge.
-Continue north on the NY State Thruway (I-87) and get off at Exit 16 (Harriman) which will take you onto Route 17.
-Take Route 17 to Exit 113 and make a right onto Route 209.
-Take Route 209 14.8 miles to Route 55 and make a left after the bridge.
-Take Route 55 1.5 miles to Sportsman Road and make a left before the bridge.
-Go down Sportsman Road 1 mile and Sunshine Acres will be on your left.
From Brooklyn:
-Follow the directions above -or- take the Brooklyn Queens Expressway to the Major Deegan Expressway to the Tappan Zee Bridge and then follow the directions above.
